Chapter 675: I Care about Her a Lot. I Don't Want to Lose Her.

"Do you really think I care about teaching him?" Luosang said angrily. She finally understood what it meant by, "never judge a book by its cover." She didn't understand why someone as handsome as he was would spread rumors like that about her.

"What are you doing here if you don't care?" Zhou Wanke pointed to the door behind her. "You should buy a ticket home as soon as possible. There isn't any use, even if you go look for the director. You shouldn't have messed around with Shi Xiang. He's the biggest A-list star now. Although he's a singer, he has plenty of film and television projects on his plate as well." She laughed sarcastically and walked back into the recording studio.

Luosang knew that her words would bear little weight, especially when pitted against Shi Xiang's, but she had to try to defend herself. She would hate for the rumors that she tried to seduce Shi Xiang to spread all over the industry. It would drastically affect her reputation and her career.

She waited for 45 minutes before Shi Xiang appeared with his assistant and his bodyguard. "Shi Xiang." Luosang walked over briskly towards him, but his bodyguard blocked her path immediately before she could draw close.

When Shi Xiang saw her, he looked upset. He wondered what she had to say now. "What's the matter?"

"You accused me falsely of trying to seduce you and asked the company to shift my schedule! What do you think the matter is?" Luosang laughed coldly. "Ask yourself truthfully, did I or did I not try to seduce you?"

Shi Xiang frowned. He was taken aback by her confrontation. His assistant, David Han, looked upset. "What's the matter with Fanyu? How could they allow her to confront Shi Xiang like this? I'm calling your director. This is outrageous."

"David." Shi Xiang stopped him and looked at him. "What did you tell the crew?"

David Han said, "I just told them that she was harassing you. I wanted them to rearrange her work time so that you won't have to bump into her while you're here. I didn't expect her to be so thick about it. What a shameless girl."

"Did I harass you?" Luosang glared at Shi Xiang.

"She didn't harass me, alright?" Shi Xiang said to David, "Go explain things to the crew, ask them to switch things back. Explain to them that it was a misunderstanding. We merely had a divergence of opinions while interpreting one of the characters in the game."

"I can tell them that, but I don't think the schedule can be changed further." David shrugged. "Another voice actor is already in the studio. We shouldn't be so fickle and careless."

Luosang was agitated. "So you do know that you shouldn't be so careless? How could you spread those rumors without getting to the bottom of things? It may be a small matter to you, but have you considered the impact on my reputation?"

"Miss Xu, can we please talk in private?" Shi Xiang asked.

"Shi Xiang, I don't think that will be necessary. Let's leave her be." David Han looked indifferent.

Shi Xiang looked at him with disapproval. He walked towards the window and lowered his voice. "Miss Xu, my assistant may be a little out of it. Although I might not be able to change the schedule now, I will make sure that I explain the entire situation to the crew. I won't tarnish your reputation one bit. I'm willing to compensate you for your return tickets, accommodation fees, and all other monetary losses as well."

Luosang pursed her lips in silence. Her face was clean and pretty.

"Please don't tell Su about this. I don't want her to misunderstand." Shi Xiang added, "I don't care what you think of me, but I care about her a lot. I don't want to lose her."

Luosang paused to think before saying, "I'm sorry, I've already told Su."

Shi Xiang's beautiful features were suddenly contorted in an ugly manner. "That's not nice of you to come between us like that."
