In all five Zero Wars series, from 1 to 4 and VR versions, the number of players in a match is limited to 96.
If you always kill one enemy per match, your average number of kills per month counts as 1.
In other words, in her total of 1311 matches that month, Suupaa has single-handedly killed more than a quarter of the total players in each match.
Of course, there are plenty of players who have recorded more kills than this in one match.
But that is only if we're talking about one match, not their averages.
By the way, the maximum number of kills recorded in Zero Wars VR before Suupaa appeared was [32 kills in one match], and the average number of that person's kills in that season is was [7.5 kills in 1021 matches].
